Service Description

Awaken and align your mind, soul, and spirit to the present moment. We'll focus on learning to connect to ourselves, becoming more aware of our body, and you will be immersed in an alchemy sound therapy. This will leave you feeling relaxed and balanced. This is an introductory session to start you on the process of developing your own healing rituals. Bronze and crystal sound bowls are available for purchase for an additional fee.
