Join me for an opportunity to let go of the things that no longer serve you, as you rejuvenate your heart and soul for the week, using your breath and sound therapy. Sound therapy amplifies intentions, brings more peace + balance, and releases negative emotions/energies that no longer serve you. It also helps to stimulate the nervous system. Includes: Intention setting, sound therapy, grounding meditation, and discussion.
