By now I hope that you have had the opportunity to start to cre8te your ritual. If you have not-no worries. You still have time to start. This is a good time to show gratitude to yourself and reflect on all the times you might not have been so kind to you or others. Sit back and reflect on the past month, support your thoughts by shedding love, and kindness on every negative thought that tries to come, and steal your joy. Do not allow anything that is outside of yourself to predict for you the next phase in your life.
